Add line items for the things you'll actually pay for — venue, catering, decor, music — each with an amount or a share of the total, and a colour so the breakdown reads at a glance.
03 Track as you spend
Pay vendors from your Purse and tag each payment to its line. Spent, remaining and the running total update on their own, so you always know exactly where you stand.
